1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you ("User") and CLUB BONANZA ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the club-bonanza.xyz website and the "Club Bonanza" mobile application (the "App").

3. NATURE OF THE APP (CASUAL GAMING ONLY)

The "Club Bonanza" application is a casual puzzle and trivia game intended strictly for entertainment purposes.

• No Real Money: The App does not offer real money gambling, betting, or an opportunity to win real money or prizes.
• Virtual Currency: Any in-game coins, points, or rewards are purely virtual items used exclusively for unlocking achievements and progressing in the game. They cannot be redeemed, cashed out, or traded.
• Game Mechanics: The "tumble" and puzzle mechanics are arcade features and do not represent actual mathematical probabilities of real money slot machines.

4. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Unless otherwise indicated, the App is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, application designs, audio, video, text, and graphics in the App are owned or controlled by us and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

6. USER CONDUCT

By using the App, you agree not to:

• Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the App or the networks connected to the App.
• Attempt to bypass any measures of the App designed to prevent or restrict access.

7. OFFLINE FUNCTIONALITY

The App operates primarily offline. We are not responsible for any loss of game data, progress, or achievements if you uninstall the App or clear your device's data, as this information is stored locally on your device.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Norway. CLUB BONANZA and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Norway shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
